my friend lost his account name but knows his password, we have been looking around on the website and cant seem to find it, if u can help we'd appreciate it

If your friend is unable to remember their account name they may want to contact our Billing & Account Services department. They can attempt to get the account name recovered for him so he can start playing again.

If he has access to the registered e-mail address he can e-mail them, however our phone line can be a quick way to get assistance, and will be required if he no longer has access to the registered e-mail.
