I was just wondering because my main computer is being fixed and it's going to take awhile. So where do I go to freeze my time. I thought I read somewhere saying I could freeze my account for two weeks and those frozen two weeks wouldn't be deducted from my over all month.

Anyone understand what I'm saying? lol :) thanks for the help ahead of time ^_^

There is no direct way to freeze or hold your time via the Account Management page. When you pay for a month, the account is active for 30 days from that point.

If an extenuating circumstance arises where you are unable to play(such as your computer being MIA) you can contact our Billing & Account Services department to explain the issue. While your account does continue counting down we do not want you to not get the time you are paying for and we can work towards a solution that makes us both happy :)

Make sure you include information like whats going on, the last date you played and how long you will be away from World of Warcraft not logging in!
