Very much involved in topics and willing to joke around.

I am loving it.

Makes peeps like me feel better about the development and customer focused teams.

Keep up the good work.. it is much appreciated!

Thank you, Snaboo. We have a lot more in store for you all and are working hard behind the scenes as well. For anyone that has constructive feedback on team performance, you are always welcome to email to [email protected] . While you won't receive a response, the emails are read.

Yea, the way blues are treated on their own forums, I'm surprised any of them post at all. I couldn't be a blue simply for the fact I'd cuss half the playerbase out. Every time I read a "serious suggestion" and a blue gives a valid reason why that suggestion can't be or disagrees with the statement, they get flamed by almost everyone. And none of the flaming is helpful despite what you may think. Saying Blizz fails and Wow is terrible just means you're too ignorant and immature to actually come up with an intelligent and logical reason why your suggestion may have been denied.

I love what I do and it takes just one "good job" to wipe out the more negative feelings that may come along. Plus, we've all been around a while. We know when it's just not personal and I am also flame resistant. ;)

I can't say it enough either, I'd rather the community be passionate about what we're doing than float along in listless apathy. It means you still care.

So Neth, something I've been meaning to ask a blue for like a month, do you guys ever just blend in with the community and post on your actual characters?

Maybe on a forum alt?

I haven't in a long while, but we do try to take part in the community where we can and "blend." The best way to experience the community is to be OF the community.

Well, that's fantastic. We're glad to have been of service and entertainment value.

Thats the truth, and if they do respond it will be sarcasm, offtopic, a version of "Soon" or a cop out (see the loot table thread"

I'd disagree. We take great care in addressing subjects that are serious, because anything we post is considered to be the position of Blizzard Entertainment as a company. We always try to respond to all legitimate inquiries that we have an answer to. Often enough, the answer or response we give isn't the response that the original poster or people who empathize with the OP are apt to accept. These topics often spawn many threads, most of which will not see a blue response as we've already addressed their concern.

For Example:
OP: "Get rid of arenas."
Our response: "We're sorry you don't like the arena style of game play, but others really do. For that reason, we won't be getting rid of arenas."

A slew of posts later, each of our respective positions remain the same and conversation is sparked across the forums. We do not reply to every thread about the subject, but we have already addressed the subject.

Still, sometimes there are concerns or dissatisfaction that are simply things we simply don't have an answer to. When we encounter issues we don't have an answer to, we bring them up with the development staff and work to make certain that the information is passed on.

So, in summary, we try to address every legitimate concern we come across and if we can't address it, we gather information so we can.
