We don't generally look at the reports that are submitted, that is what the Mod Squad does. I normally notice the inappropriate words in the post or signature and if I miss it the gray bio-hazard usually alerts me. Somehow I missed that one.
I blame the robot.

The moderators still go through them but most of the time they have already been addressed when they get to them since we're so active. We'll also go through them from time to time as well but again, we are usually moderating as we review the posts. The reports do help catch ones we miss.
