PTR realms offline again?

Is it just me, or are the PTR realms offline again? I logged in first time today, and created a character of level 90. I then logged out to get into my Nvidia settings and allow it to be used with the WoW test client.

Once I log back in, everything proceeds fine until I realize that I haven't been logged into any character, because all the realms are coming up as offline. Is this just me, or have the realms been taken down?

Update: Oddly enough, I managed to get connected with a realm today. I have no idea what I did differently, but things work again.

We had some issues with the test environment overnight that caused them to go offline.

We're keeping an eye on the realms but stability is still a potential concern with early PTR builds.
