HH instance limit

I ran HH on 3 characters and cannot queue on any other alt. I did 2x VoA before that. WTH. Apparently it’s affected by 5 instances per account per hour. WTH. It’s event!

Earlier today, we doubled the hourly instance limit for the Headless Horseman event. You should now only hit this limit if you attempt more than 10 instances in an hour.
