BoA Items & Paid Account Transfer

Hi, apologies in advance if this has been beaten to death, but i can't seem to find a blue/green response to this on the forums.

So I have Account(1) with Frosty the Frost Wyrm and have mailed him to all my toons on that account. Then i take one of those toons and transfer him to my other Account(2).

Then both accounts could conceivably have access to Frosty...because the actual BoA item sitting in each toon's bag never goes away.

...is this correct?

thanks in advance for the response.

That's entirely correct.

If you have access to a Bind on Account item and you transfer your character to another account you are able to trade this item between eligible characters on the new account. :)

Once the character has been transferred, that particular instance of the item is no longer available to the original account. While some Bind on Account items are available for each character on the account, this does not always hold true for Bind of Account items. For instance, you can transfer a Bloodied Arcanite Reaper heirloom to another account, and it would only be available for the destination account; however, if you have 2 Frosty's on one account, you could conceivably transfer a character and have the item available to both accounts.

Have fun. :)
