Well it happened last week... It happened twice last night... and then it happened again today.

In Ulduar.... Raid disbands.... everyone teleported.

We reported this last night, but the problem still is not getting fixed. They have to reset the server in order to fix it but it only works for a little while it seems.

Why is this only happening on Khaz Modan!

Due to the unique nature and sporadic recurrence of this issue, it can be incredibly difficult to isolate the cause and eliminate it. Early indications led us to believe that this issue was directly related to our servers; however, previous resolutions appear to have been unsuccessful. Because this issue has reappeared, we have forwarded it on for further review by our Quality Assurance and Development teams.

I, personally, am unaware as to whether or not the core of the issue has been identified. With that being said, it's entirely possible that the issue has been identified but information has not yet been provided.

Should any further information come our way, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

Khai--

I perfectly understand your frustration, but please try to understand that your fellow posters are simply trying to help gather more information and are asking questions to ensure that everyone is aware of the details surrounding this issue. Much of the information that you and your fellow posters have provided in response to these inquiries has been most helpful and was relayed to the appropriate parties.

You're welcome to be frustrated at me, the company for which I work or a plethora of other things; however, I must ask that you try to refrain from taking your frustration out on your fellow players. I assure you that we'll remove any posts which detract from this thread no matter who the poster might be.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Khai: Can you provide me with the names of any players who submitted in-game petitions regarding being unable to distribute loot but were denied?

I'd like to look into this a bit further.

Q u o t e:

Mobettå had a group for Naxx 25 last Friday and they lost all their loot off Sapharion. They already talked to a GM and they were "Unable to verify" the loot to return it, so it's gone. I've also heard of a few other groups losing loot in raids, as well as 5 mans randomly in trade.

Interesting... It looks as if a Specialist Game Master was able to assist Mobettå and the loot was distributed shortly after the incident occurred. If you speak with anyone in game that has had similar issues, let them know to submit another in-game petition or even post on the Customer Service Forum if you require additional assistance.

Hey there, everyone.

As you may have noticed, groups and raids were disbanded just a few moments ago. We have received word that the most recent reset was done so intentionally by our Development team and was done to apply a resolution. I'm happy to say that they believe this has resolved the issue and should no longer occur.

Should you notice this occurring once again, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible so that we can look further into this issue.

Thanks again for remaining patient and providing us information along the way; we greatly appreciate it.

Have fun!

How're things looking, Khaz Modians?

Have you all experienced any group disbands today?

Let me know!
