Latency/Connectivity Concerns - Shadowburn BG

We are currently looking into latency related issues across the Rampage and Shadowburn battlegroups; we'll let you know as soon as more information becomes available.

It appears that a few adjustments were made, folks.

Thank you all for your patience despite this obviously frustrating issue, folks. Our technicians continue to look deeper into this issue in hopes of providing a swift resolution. We will be doing our very best to provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

This issue is severe enough to address as quickly as we are able. We thus brought the realms offline at an excelerated rate.

You've my most sincere apologies for any confusion, though! The shutdown messaging is completely automated in these situations.

Let's drop the profanity and defamatory remarks, folks. I know you all are frustrated, and I sincerely appreciate that, but hostility is an approach best avoided here. :)

In a few moments you will notice Shadowburn realms starting to come online. There will likely be several players trying to log into these realms at once. As such, I strongly encourage each of you to give them a few minutes to come back online before attempting to log in.

After you have made it into the game, please let us know if the latency related issues have improved. Rest assured that if the extreme latency persists, we will continue to look into the issue and address it as quickly as possible.
