Hello, i'm having this issue since i tried to upgrade my acc last sunday. I already checked with my bank, and both, limit and cc are fine. I have an Mastercard International but still having this problem. I've searched around and saw that some people are/were having this same issue. I'm trying to upgrade online, due that if i buy a retail box it will takes from 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered into my house, and cuz my zip code isn't correct and blizzard's form dont let me fix it. So i tried to upgrade online and got this Error 202 message every time i tried to activate.
My plan was to activate CW+TBC+WOTLK at the same time, but i even can upgrade from trial to classic account.

To Blizzard employees:

I'll NOT to buy a retail box; Its out of question.
I'll NOT call Blizzard Billing and Account numbers. I already tried with Argentina and doesn't worked (I live in Brazil)
I'll NOT contact via e-mail. I already done that and it remains without answer. I'll wait one more day ¬¬
I'm using a valid credit card. I'll try one more time tonight and see if it works.

The issue you are experiencing, Taurone, is mostly likely related to your current location. We currently only support the use of credit cards registered within the supported North American region (the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand). As such, you may experience difficulty if you are attempting the upgrade from outside the supported locations listed above.

I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this restriction may cause. If you would like to discuss the regional restrictions or have additional questions on the matter, you may reach our Billing Department Monday thru Friday between 8am and 8pm Pacific Time, at 949-955-0283 (this is a local number at the Blizzard Office in California - long distance charges may apply)

Q u o t e:
Well....if the paypal alternative is real....how exactly can I do it?....because I couldnt find any link or button for a paypal payment option on the battle.net or on the wow acc management site.

While PayPal is currently accepted as an option for subscription payments, this is not available for the purchase of an Online Upgrade.
