What's the ETA on the "gear manager" ?

This has probably been asked already. I know it was left out of the 3.1 patch, but has anyone heard a ballpark date on the "gear manager" patch? I love the dual spec feature and am now only anxious to stop right clicking 12 times in my bags to change gear every time I respec. Minor QQ here.
Equipment Manager is currently on the PTR. When we feel comfortable with how it's functioning, we will be releasing it to the public. Please feel free to hop on the test realm and check things out.

Edit: Nvm, there's an old GC post I missed saying it won't be tied together with dual specs. Shame.
It won't be tied to it. The reason being that you may have slightly different sets you would want to use at any point depending on what activity in game you're looking to take part in. That said though, it should be quick and easy to switch to the set you want.
Also, you will need to go into your options to turn this on in order to use it. So if you've tried to go into the PTR to check it out, make sure you enable the feature in the Interface Options first.
