Speed and Teleporting Hacks are OK to Use?

So i was wondering if its ok to use speed and teleporting hacks ?

I see people in arena using them.
I see people mining in wg with them.
I see people in sota using them
I see people in wg in tanks with them
I see people in EOTS with them
I see people in wsg with them
I see people in AB with them
I see people in AV with them
I see people world pvping with them

It's pretty easy to tell who is using the hacks. Its not like people can drive a tank through a wall, or cap a tower before the game starts or flash by the screen or finish a wsg before it starts.

I know this game is dying and no one really cares anymore, but really, what the hell is up with the hackers. I would rather have a million botters on my server than have 10 speed hackers.
