Blizzard authenticator doesn't work

Don't trust the authenticator to secure your account.

I have an authenticator on all my accounts. In theory this is a second password that changes every minute - only known to Blizzard and the device itself.

Well apparently my accont was hacked into late last night.

if the technology is as advertised, there's only two possibilities.

1 - someone(s) at blizzard is helping hackers
2 - there are non end-user holes in blizzard security big enough to drive a mack truck through

So my advice is not to bother to buy one of these. People are getting around them somewhere else in the blizzard ecosystem.
