Q u o t e:
these are the people that casually pvp in bgs and occasionally get their facerolled by a better player. instead of trying to improve their own game, they simply qq to the forms and try to loby to get X class nerfed. the issue is not with class imbalance so much as players simply not willing to try to get better or not willing to admit that they simply suck.
Q u o t e:
Another lost arena season for retribution. Horrendous dps now, not even worth queueing up, no point in farming gear, it wont be enough.
I’m not trying to single you all out here, but much of this thread (the forums even) comes down to “If Blizzard nerfs my class, then they listen to QQ / don’t understand my class / are dumb,” or “If Blizzard doesn’t nerf the other guy then they show favoritism / don’t listen to us / are dumb.”
If you think an ability should or shouldn’t work a certain way, argue that point. The kind of argument you’re making sound like “Now Blizzard won’t nerf me, because if they do it will look like they were listening to QQ and they’ll want to save face!”
I know it’s hard to keep from getting freaked out when you see other players calling for nerfs for your class. But we’re going to tend to skip over your posts if they are just filled with sky is falling rhetoric or disdain for other players or the people actually making the decisions about what to change or not.

You can always isolate us down to a single, lone customer and invalidate any point we put forward. Using this method you could argue that In-game voice chat is a RAGING success and it's just that lone poster, his guild and everyone he knows in-game who are the odd ones out.
I can honestly say that neither myself, my friends, family or anyone in my immediate sphere of influence has EVER been to the Antartic. I would try to tell you it's cold there but, y'know . . .
There is nothing wrong with forming an opinion, especially if you try and support it with something. I would suggest that something should not be “everybody feels this way.” Your Antarctic example is actually a good example. It sounds kind of silly to say “The Antarctic is cold because everyone thinks it’s cold.” Likewise, you don’t need to say “Juggernaut is overpowered because everyone thinks it’s overpowered.” I realize a lot of WoW design is more subjective than that, but you'll still get farther with logic than you will trying to invoke silent majorities.
Q u o t e:
The only thing I can see Blizzard doing with juggernaut is lowering the bonus crit chance you get from it. They won't remove the charge in combat, because I think Blizzard likes the idea and it also makes imp charge an actual viable talent(lol with imp charge being in the tree for 4 years and it finally being viable.)
Yes, this is logical. The charge in combat is the key part of the ability and not something we are liable to mess with. Lowering the crit chance would be an option. So would be messing with the glyph of charge.

So I wonder what happened, in the span of one day, to change the POV expressed here:
[This was about Exorcism working on pets.] We change our minds all the time. If we didn't, then interacting with the community would be of much less limited value. My original comments ended up spurring a lot of discussion in the community and in the office and we became convinced that the ability was just really one-sided especially against hunters and locks. Remember, it did not used to get the auto crit. We don’t mind abilities that counter other player’s abilities, but there needs to be some back and forth involved.
We do find some of the complaints that Ret is terrible in PvP to be misplaced.
