Hi,

I was wondering if there was anyway to just pay it by month instead doing a subscription fee? I was under the impression that like every 6 months or a month that I could just update when it would expire. Is there anyway to do this and if so how do I do it?

Thank you

We've several subscription options avaialble, Alicetink.

Should you wish to pay via credit card, you're welcome to do so in 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month increments. Each increment will charge a set amount to your credit card every month, 3 months, or 6 months. You're welcome select or change your plan through Account Management and within the Subscription Setup page:
Small note:
Q u o t e:
To avoid interruption, all subscription plans are recurring. At the end of your pre-paid time, your account will continue to charge your credit card for the price of the selected subscription plan. The full amount to the immediate right of the radio button will be charged at that time. Blizzard will authorize the credit card provided for $1.00 (one dollar) at each attempt for the purposes of validation. This charge will be released at your card providers discretion. You may modify your plan at any time via Account Management.

If you do not wish your credit card charged on a recurring basis, you're welcome to immediately cancel your subscription plan after you pre-pay for a set period time (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months). This will not cancel your account or cause you to lose access; rather, it will simply ensure that your credit card will not be charged again once your current payment cycle ends.

You're also welcome to pay via PayPal or PaymentOne in the same increments. More information about these methods may be seen here (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20518) and here (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21531).

Lastly, there's Pre-Paid Game Cards and Pre-Paid Time. Pre-Paid Game Cards come in increments of 60 days and Pre-Paid Time in increments of 30, 90, or 180 days. These methods allow you to purchase a set amount of game time without setting up a recurring billing cycle. More information about these two methods may be found here (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20507) and here (http://www.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=110000004).

Again, all of these changes can be made within your Subscription Setup page. :)

Q u o t e:
OK so if I were to do the 6 month one it would only take out the ammount every 6 months? It wouldn't keep charging. In other words it would only charge me twice a year?

Yup. This particular plan would only charge your provided payment method once every 6 months for the set fee (base $77.94 USD, which breaks down to about $12.99 per month).

I'm confused. Wouldn't it only be like $26 the whole year if its only taking it out 2 times a month?

Negative. It would cost $77.94 USD x two payments—one every 6 months—or about $155.88 USD for the entire year.

At this price plan, though, it only costs you about 12.99 per month to play ($77.94 USD divided by 6 months). You're not being charged on a per-month basis, but that's just how the math breaks down. Sometimes this information helps our players determine which plan is most effective or managable. :)

Sorry for the confusion!

Q u o t e:
OK so what about the One month plan? It takes out 14.99 every month?

Correct. :)

It'd be a bit more if your state applies certain taxes (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21266), of course, but 1-month recurring plans will charge the provided payment method $14.99 once every 30 days.
