Cant call customer support?

hola, i am not spanish btw. but earlier i tried to call customer support cuz i cant log in to game(jsut says connectiyng, gonna w8 a while though before i check witht eh bank) and was gonna see if they said my acc was active ro not. but to ym suprise, it said that the number was not in service or something like that. i tried calling my cell and it worked fine. worked will with other people i tried to call. is blizzard having some difficulties or somehting?

If you are posting from the account that you are experiencing the issue on, I can confirm that it is currently active and should be available for use. As such, it would probably be best to contact the Technical Support department for assistance troubleshooting your connection issue.
