Okay so Heirloom items are bind to account? So how do I send them to other toons on my server. Plus if I have a toon wearing a piece I can send them to another account? Either I am missing something or bliz needs to fix something.

You're welcome to mail heirloom (bind on account) items using the in-game mail system. Any character on the same account that you can send mail to is eligible to receive this item. In other words, if you transfer a character who has this item equipped, you're welcome to transfer the item freely between characters on the new realm or account.

Please be aware, however, that you are unable to transfer this item across faction lines.
