Who carries YOUR raid, dps or healing?

I find that in my current guild, our healers are more of the reason we progress as far as we do. Our DPS is Okay at best. Is this how it is in a lot of guilds out there, or just mine?

Are healers carrying most guilds? Or is the DPS the ones that make it happen?

Thoughts?

Tanking and healing seem to do the carrying the most. If the tanking is bad then it's hard for the dps to do much because they will pull aggro and whatnot. Okay yeah, I posted this just to take a cheap shot at the dps in my guild.
