I have looked into other threads / online and I have ALREADY TRIED clearing my internet cache, using a different web browser, using a different computer, AND using my other credit card.
NONE of those options have worked for me, I still get the error. All my credit card info is correct and I am using the same credit card to pay for my other account.
What is going on here?!!?!? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
