Cannot Upgrade Trial Account - Error 202

I have been trying ot upgrade this account from a trial account to a full account but I keep getting ERROR 202.

I have looked into other threads / online and I have ALREADY TRIED clearing my internet cache, using a different web browser, using a different computer, AND using my other credit card.

NONE of those options have worked for me, I still get the error. All my credit card info is correct and I am using the same credit card to pay for my other account.

What is going on here?!!?!? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Well that would be because Game Masters are unable to assist with billing issues, Thoire. We address in-game issues.

It is not an issue that requires "fixing". The error is given for a specific reason. If you receive such an error it is best to contact our Billing Department for assistance.
