I dont mind patches to fix bugs and other such stuff, but I am getting tired of having to relearn my class every other week. I think you guys are going for a record in most patches in a month time, what is this warhammer now.

I think I can speak for every other class

PvE balance is starting to come back around
PvP casters still get pumeled but we have got blast damage to make melee think before they slaughter us

so its let time show where it comes around to

I'm glad we got a slight nerf so all the altaholics stop playing there locks so im not in a raid group with 5+ locks

and to the mages enjoy your spot on top for now, we will be back

When players feel weak, they tend to ask how often until the next hotfix or patch comes around.
When players feel strong, they wonder why we have to change things so often.

That said, I don't think you will continue to see as much class change for the rest of Lich King. Many of the changes in 3.1 were to address problems introduced when we made big changes in 3.0. You can look at the classes that have had the most iteration, and in most cases those are the classes who were restructured a little bit in Lich King: warlocks, hunters, priests, paladins and the new class.

We will continue to tweak numbers up and down as needed, but I would not anticipate as many talent or mechanic changes for the next several patches (though there will be some).

Almost every post since my original one was some variant of "But my class needs buffs."

Some classes probably do need buffs. Other players are losing some Arena matches or are not at the tops of damage meters and are laying all of the blame at our feet instead of asking if there is anything they can do better.

I did say we would keep changing numbers though. My message was more for players, like the OP, who feel like they don't have a chance to get a feel for how all of the mechanics are working because they change so frequently. I would not expect that rate of change to continue. I didn't say the game was done.

There are a few classes or specs that will probably continue to see more changes than others. DKs as a new class have 5 years of player history to catch up to. The Ret rotation is something we already said we'd like to evolve further.

TLDR: don't expect 3.2 to have a list of class changes as epic as 3.1. Sometimes you guys make it hard to say anything because our comments are so over-interpreted. :)
