NPC Titles have disappeared

Titles for npc characters across all zones have disappeared for me. For instance, even my DK's minion which would say

Dirtstalker
<Bloodsage's Minion>

just says "Dirtstalker", the same is true for flightmasters, trainers, other player's pets.

Under the names of interface everything is checked. I restarted the game and my pc several times throughout the duration and the problem remains.

All checkboxes under Interface >> Names are checked, I've also tried unchecking, applying changes then going back and re-checking. No change.

Have you tried disabling your addons briefly, Bloodsage?

Give this a shot and let us know if the names are visible with the addons disabled.

Do you see health bars below their names, Bloodsage?

Aha. Guild Names and NPC Titles will not be displayed when health bars are enabled. Please feel free to press Shift-V if you would like to disable the health bars so that you can see these titles once more. :)
