Can i Buy WoW online?

Absolutely, Axeurface, you can purchase the upgrade online through the Account Management page.

One word of warning though, if you upgrade online the level restrictions will be lifted immediately though the other trial restrictions will remain for up to 72 hours. So you will be unable to trade, use the auction house, mailbox, etc... until your payment has fully processed.
If you upgrade with a box version of the game that you purchase from a store the account will be upgraded immediately and all trial restrictions lifted.
