Elitism at it's best

So just joined up for a 10 man EoE. After we're all in and we all buff, the raid leader inspects me and sees a fair few blues still. Heroic level blues at least, plus a few epics i've dropped some gold on.

He removes me from the raid group and puts me on ignore.

I really hate pugs.

Oh and another naxx group rejected me as OT cause i didn't have enough hp when it's just shy of 30k raid buffed. 10 man again. A few hours later i found another grouped and knocked off two quarters as OT without a drama, even with an undergeared healer.

A lot of players have had a bad experience in PUGs so they will do what they can to try and avoid that, so since there is no "skilled at PvE-o-meter", they have to judge by things like gear and achievements. Is this perfect? Definitely not, but the best thing I can say is to not let it get to you and find a better group.

And yes, I'm watching this thread, so do not continue with any of the flaming/trolling/spamming.
