A mini-patch went out not long ago to update the game client to Patch 6.1.2, Build 19831 (previous build was 19802). If you continue to experience issues with the update, please visit this thread on the Technical Support forum for more information on troubleshooting information: Red/Incompatible Realms Unavailable
