Don't you remember back in the day when GMs used to HELP you with problems. Back in the days of Burning Crusade, GMs would be glad to say hey, you equip that BoE by accident? Sure, you have a limited number of restores, you wanna use it? Yes, thank you very much. Now, in the harsh time of the new expansion, I equip an epic BoE by accident and I didn't notice. Went on vacation for 10 days, came back noticed it was BoP, so I ticket a GM only to get told it's to late. I DIDN'T EVEN USE THE THING! It's not like I even want to use an STR ring as a bear tank anyways, I'm just gonna vendor it! if you agree and have stories to share, please post!

I see no record of the ticket you are referring to, Boondrizzy. The last ticket you submitted was a request for mats to be restored.

If you however feel that your ticket was not handled correctly, we ask that you send your feedback to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. While a response is not always guaranteed the e-mail is read by the supervisors in the GM department.
