Thank you Blues

You guys are doing a bang-up job cleaning up the forums lately of redundant, ranting, needless threads that serve no discussion purposes. It's not often that you see CMs and mod squads on other game forums, or forums in general, taking a stance against the masses and clearing things out with righteous fury. Whether you agree or disagree with all the rants and redundant threads, you stick up for consistency instead of pandering to the masses. The customer is not always right.

If I'm ever to be in the presence of any of you all be it at a BlizzCon or some other nerd convention on the West Coast area, I will gladly contribute to the "get drunk and wrecked" fund if not directly contributing amazing drinks. Probably food, too. This goes double for Daath, Zarhym, Bashiok, and Jessicalu.

To the CMs and mods out there, I salute you and thank you for your perseverance!

Well thank you, but your praise would be better placed upon our forum moderators. :)

Us CM's just jump into threads and rile you all up, the tireless men and women of the mod squad are the true (and invisible) heroes.

Yes, but why invisible? They deserve to show their faces and get proper recognition, I think.

That recognition is not always a thank you. Just saying.

it wouldn't be so bad except anytime you say anything contrary to what a blue says the post is deleted, well according to zyhrum( or whatever his name is ) us casuals need to learn a thing or two. i guess bout the game and being socially active haha

Nothing is further from the truth, Simple. All of us have a passion for our community and our games but sometimes it's a very good thing to have an outside perspective. Where the line is drawn is when someone says something "contrary" and does it in a manner that is hostile or nonconstructive.

All of us have opinions about various things we're passionate about and we certainly enjoy hearing what that is. We just kindly ask that folks use rhetoric that is void of insults and other petty commentary. Please, share to your heart's content!! Just be sure to share in a such a way that will encourage further level-headed and polite discussion, not alienate folks or provoke unrest. ;)
