Made the title all caps to get more attention. Anyways i got hacked recently, no keyloggers, nobody knows my info, lucky guess im assuming. They deleted all my characters and i opened a ticket on this character regarding my concern. My ticket was serviced this morning at 10:30 am EST. The GM said he would be happy to help me get my characters back and promptly closed the ticket. Is the ticket supposed to stay open until my characters are back? How long is it going to take before they are back? Its been more than 7 hours and im just wondering if somehow my ticket got lost or how long does this process usually take? Blues appreciated.

After the GM said he was going to send my ticket to the people that would take care of it, he closed the ticket. Does A ticket have to be open until i get my characters back?

No, your petition does not need to be open. Unlike normal restorations account compromise investigations are not escalated to character specialists. The information is forwarded to our Account Investigation Team who then will investigate your alleged compromise. Once they have done that they will work to repair any damage that was caused.

I have confirmed that your case is currently in queue and will be addressed as soon as possible. Given the current queue times you will likely hear something in 3-4 days. You can play normally during that time unless one or more of your characters were transferred without your authorization, if a character was transferred you'll want to use the following form to report it.
