SO, given everything we know today, What do yall recomend i do, for sheer speed? Its my understanding that plagueland quests and similar level ones are around 10k just like outlands quests...

My rogue just hit 58. I am following a guide that stays in azeroth until 60...However, i dont believe the guide takes into account the massive xp boost to outlands when the deathknights came out.

I think you'd do fine in Outland. You should be able to find some gear, gain gold, and experience fairly well.
