Unlock my account right now please

SO i log in this morning, chit chat with guild members for a few minutes, and notice the ticket i put in days ago was up in 42 minutes. Great! now i get to talk to someone about my account being hacked...again.

A minute later im booted from the game, and informed that my account was locked. I get an email to confirm my account info. I do so. Now i would like to ask that my account be unlocked. I have no desire to sit here all weekend with a locked account.
