Trial Account upgrade - ugh

I did RAF and started a priest. I don't know if you've levelled a priest since 3.1 hit - but it is horrible. If I could get a wand, it might be bearable - but I can't. If I could get bags, it might be OK - but you can't buy bags off of a vendor for 8 silver.

My problem is the account limitations because I had to do a trial account first. I couldn't RAF and pay immediately, so I'm stuck in the limbo of this 72 hour timeframe where I'm considered a trial account, even thogh I upgraded within an hour of setting up the account.

I can't trade with my main account, I can't get mail from my main account, I can't kill enough stuff to get a wand off of the AH - and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work anyway due to the mail issue. Mana regen is HORRIBLE - I'm having to farm level 3 mobs in order to get water, and hope for a crappy bag.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this for me? I've already paid for the game and the first month - I've done everything right on my end.

If i really takes 72 hours to update this, I'll have missed the entire weekend - which was the whole point of doing the RAF. I wanted to spend this weekend levelling a few characters. Yeah, it's a boring life, but it was my plan.

Just a note: If i were a new player and this was my first experience, I would never have subscribed.
You can't trade, you can't talk to anyone in /1 to ask for help, you can't whisper anyone unless they have friended you, and the game mechanics assume you have access to a wand, which you can't get. Pretty awful experience, actually.

Yeah I read that. That's horrible, though.

They've got my money already. All of the account management stuff is updated. I'm just hoping someone can fix this for me (as a customer service thing).

72 hours from now means Monday, and I've lost the whole weekend.

I didn't want to do a trial account - i had to do a trial account. They don't give you any other way to get the RAF linked.

I've done everything on my end to be a good customer.

I'm sorry if the trial restrictions have posed an inconvenience for you, Holykau. I can understand how the limitations of an account during the processing of an upgrade may be frustrating.

The amount of time that it takes for your electronic upgrade to be completed, and for all trial restrictions to be lifted, is dependent on a number of factors. Additionally, as the approval for all electronic upgrades are processed in the order they are received, the time period you encounter primarily depends on how many requests we received prior to yours. It is for this reason we are not able to process your request earlier as it would include placing you in front of several people that upgraded their account before you.

Fortunately, the upgrade period is not guaranteed to take the total 72 hour period and may take as little as 24 hours.
