What does this mean?

I didn't get a date or anything, and I didn't even get an email to appeal it with.

so wtf? is it temp? perm? WHY!?!?!?

I didn't even get an email.


I'd like to help shed some light on this situation if I can. Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on that account?

Okay, it sounds like your account might have been compromised. Your best bet at this point is to read the following threads:
