Switch Character between Accounts?

Is there anyway I can change characters between accounts? I just made a new one for recruit-a-friend from a friend however, I would like to play on my old character (Glissem) also without paying another $15 a month. Can I have someone help me do this?

There are certain trial restrictions but as long as both accounts fulfill those requirements you'll be able to transfer the character.
