It now has been one week. There have been countless of trash fix, bosses hotfix, class fixes, etc. But Mana Spring Totem still stacks with Blessing of Wisdom, when it was announced they would not after 3.1.

You can watch any meter on WWS or WMO from the best kill list, or from any kill for that matter. Everyone's using it, and I don't think it's been said if it was intented or not...

It's a bug. I believe it only stacks with Greater Blessing of Wisdom, which is why it may seem inconsistent. That is still unintended. Should be fixed soon.
