What remains of Arthas as the Lich King?

I've seen a bit of discussion here and there about how much of Arthas "remains" within the Lich King. We certainly know Ner'zhul is walking around in his body, but how much of Arthas' whiny, possibly OCD self actually remains?

In other words, how much of The Lich King is Ner'zhul and how much is Arthas?

(Too be honest, I'm hoping it's just the body, and the rest is 100% Ner'zhul)

Have you listened to BlizzCast #9 yet? Chris Metzen reads the intro to the new Arthas:Rise of the Lich King novel (out today). You might find it interesting, or perhaps make your question seem even more difficult to answer.
