Generally speaking, it depends on the type of group you're running in or the type of encounter. For the most part, rogues are pretty self-sufficient in avoiding taking a lot of damage and a quick Renew can help or Power Word:Shield to mitigate damage.
I'd say that, yes, they are worth healing though, but the main tank takes top priority.
