Pay by phone problem

Recently I was using pay by phone but the recurring stopped since I mailed my payment for the phone bill a tid-bit late,so I payed the phone bill and decided to reactivate my account by pay by phone.
I went through the process of setting my phone to the account on both battle.net and in the making of the subscription.I called the number provided in the verification email,got the call back,and accepted the charges(after they verified), and then logged onto my WoW account on battle.net,worldofwarcraft.com,and logged in game.But it continues to say pending payment and still I did not get a confirmation email. I know my phone is not canceling the payment and I followed the prompts over the phone and still its only pending,then the pending runs out and I have to try again,though I did everything correctly.Anyone know what might be cuasing this?

When the Pay by Phone activation process is don there can be a bit of a wait time while the transaction for funds is completed. During this time you may be unable to log in, and if we are unable to successfully retrieve the funds for the phone bill you will see your subscription return to its inactive state.

If you encounter this pending issue, and after a short while find your account is back to the frozen, inactive state, you are able to try adding the Pay by Phone payment again. However, if the same issue occurs it is possible communication can not be established to verify the funds, or the funds are not able to be properly transfered to Blizzard. In this case you may want to contact your Phone Service provider to ensure the phone billing option is still enabled for your account.

There are always alternative payment methods available as well such as credit card, PayPal, and the Prepaid Game Cards found in many major retail stores.
