Calling Blizzard, what's their number?

Can I get the number for the people I should call about banned accounts getting reactivated? My account has been wrongly banned and I haven't received an email reply to my reply yet and I would like to call someone.

I live in New Zealand, so most of the numbers I've tried don't work.

Thanks

You need to be corresponding with Account Administration over a ban, Candy.

They cannot be reached by phone.

Have you been writing [email protected] from that account's registered email address?

Yeah I did. Whats happened is my antivirus software missed hundreds of viruses and as a result i got keylogged. The account ban is for "Economy Exploitation". I friend of mine reckons a person logged onto my account, advertised WoW gold and was then reported. Is that possible?
So I can't call anyone to get my account up and running rather than waiting for an email reply?

That sounds like the normal order of business for them - yes.

We recover these every day, this isn't unique, Candy.

If it's already to the banned stage, you will want to deal with Account Admin first.

In the meantime, please make sure you have ALL of them off your system. As you've found, a single system can be infected many multiple times. If you had that many - might not hurt to keep looking.

So you're 100% sure that I can't call someone instead of waiting 2 weeks? My friend said his account was wrongly banned too and he just called up and they sorted it out.
Can you just give me the number anyway?

The Australian one may also work for you, worth a try.

If your email was changed, you do need to contact them, but there is little they can do about an actual ban.

Yeah none of those work :( How do I find out what numbers I need in front of the phone number? I'm sure that will make it work

That would likely be a calling code determined by your phone provider. I'd look in your phone directory for international calls, or ask an operator.
