How to change secret question/ get new cd key

Well, this account certainly has been through a tussle.
You cannot change those things, you can however put an authenticator on the account.
They are for sale in our store, and if you have an iPhone, there is a free mobile version.
Have you received any letters asking for information we'll never ask for - like your password? Phishes are rampant lately. We have an entire library of some of the more common examples in the Fake Email sticky above.

If you used fresh information, there is another layer of protection, yes.

They'd also have to prove they are the true and legitimate account holder. If an account is contested enough, it can sometimes be locked until identification can be provided.
