Ive been doing quests on a couple of my characters and noticed that when i do what the quest tells me to, use an item on a specific kind of enemy for example, my quest tracker still tells me 0/10 even when ive used it on them 30 times. I know im using it on the right mobs because its the mob the quest tells me and the items wont work on anything but them.

Daily: One where i need to kill scarlets in icrown and raise them as ghouls. no matter how many i raise as ghouls even going back to get more of the quest item to raise them the tracker tells me i havent raised a single one.

Daily: The new Dailies in icecrown where im supposed to blow up ruins and collect the smaller rocks from them in Storm Peaks. when i place my curser over the small rocks after blowing them up the curser doesnt change to "open". the items dont even light up.

Horde Quest: The one where im suppose to use the new plague on the already plagued Vykrul in Howling Fjord. The item is used on them and they go berserk and i kill them and quest traker says "0/10". I have them kill eachother "0/10". i dont kill them at all and wait for the plague to kill them somehow but id doesnt. So it must be a bug.

Oh, and ive try With and Without Addons. So its not because of Addons

There are two things you can try, Illan, one is to make absolutely certain you are not in a raid group. You can do so by typing the following command exactly how it is displayed here.

/script LeaveParty()

The second is to try resetting your User Interface by following the directions below.
Q u o t e:

1) *IMPORTANT* Exit the World of Warcraft to your desktop by logging out of the game and exiting. If World of Warcraft isn't closed, then these steps won't have the desired effect.
2) If you used an "installer" for a custom UI, see if it has an "uninstaller" and use it.
3) Inside the World of Warcraft Program Folder, delete the "WTF," "Cache," and "Interface" folders.
4) Restart your computer.
5) Please do not reinstall Addons prior to testing the issue you were experiencing.
6) Make sure that you are using WOW.EXE or LAUNCHER.EXE to start the game. Please do not run any UI installers beforehand, as we want to eliminate them as part of the issue.
7) Upon launching the game, you should see the Intro cinematic movie and be prompted to agree to the Terms of Use. Once you authenticate past the login screen, the “AddOns” button should no longer be visible at the lower left corner of the character selection screen. Both points mentioned previously must hold true if you should complete the aforementioned steps correctly.

Honestly what you describe sounds like you may be stuck in a raid group so try the command I provided first.

I will try to look into this, Illan, can I get you to log out of that character for me? Please let me know when you have done so.

Nevermind, I believe I have figured out your issue.

In order to receive credit for using the spray on these mobs they must be tapped by you, if you do not hit them or use any other ability on them before you spray them you will not receive credit. I am sorry for the confusion this may have caused.
