Random 14.99 WoW sub charge pending 4/22

I did already call Billing about this, but since I'm apparently not the only one this is happening to, I thought I'd make my own thread and see if one of the Billing blues can give us an idea.

I logged into my online banking today to find a pending charge for a WoW subscription (14.99, listed as "Blizzard ent WoW sub"). My husband and I both play; however, mine charges to another credit card, and his has already cleared for the month. Billing said it may just be an issue of our bank accidentally pending the charge twice, and that there weren't any other accounts using this CC#. But, I learned in another thread that someone else has this issue as well. It's not a common bank theme, as we don't even live in the same country.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had this issue come up today. I'm waiting to see if the pending charge falls off our account in the meantime.

Heya Fuschia,

If the amount does actually process, you can always call us back regarding the charge or call your bank immediately if you are certain it was not authorized. Most likely though, it should just be a pending funds held type of transaction and it should not post.
