Fix mana burn...nuff said

This doesn't even need to be discussed further. Put a CD on it, lengthen cast time, or lower mana burn to a % of the targets mana. Something.

You massively reduced regen rates, reduced mana pools relative to spell costs, and left mana burn at historic power when regen was high and mana pools were large.

You turned an "interesting tool at just the right moment" to an OP, constantly spammed, spell in arena.

STOP WAITING. S5 was a big black mark because you moved to slow. This is a no-brainer. How many more Priest/Rogue teams need to crowd the top 100 before this becomes obvious...
