How long does it take to get a response for an enquiry made to wowreportedpost@blizzard.com? If I don't receive a response, where can I make enquiries to about that to? Is the following address correct for mailing a 'paper' letter enquiry to?

You have my apologies for any delays that are experienced when contacting "WoWReportedPost"; unfortunately, they do receive a large number of email inquiries and as such it can take some time for them to provide a response.

If you do not hear anything for a while, please feel free to send them another email regarding the issue and they will address your concerns as quickly as they can. =)

Before I provide more information — in order to better understand your concerns — is this in regards to a forum suspension of some form?

Additionally, you have my apologies for any confusion regarding the relationship between Activision Blizzard and Blizzard Entertainment; however, I'd rather not delve into the corporate side of things as it's outside of my sphere of influence and purview.

No one is going to suspend you for posting information that I asked for from you; as I mentioned, I simply wanted a point of time in which to look into the matter.
