Tanking pet peeves, What are yours?

I have several things that just drive me nuts when I'm tanking.

1) Other tanks that feel its necessary to taunt off you. I got the damn mobs, you dont need to taunt it off me. Thank you.

2) Ret pallies. Almost all the ret pallies I've met seem to do the same thing. I try to pull mobs back to the group, or trying to LOS them, and before I have time to get any threat on them, the ret pallies feel the need to run up and Divine storm, which consequently gets them killed.

3) Any dps doing #2 before I get threat. Ret pallies in particular do it the most, so i devoted a whole number to them, but any dps that does this grinds my gears. "OH MAH GAWD! DPS > LIFE! DPS MAEKS ME 1337!"

4) Bad healers. Nuff said.

What are your tanking pet peeves? Or do you not have any?

-DPS who pull aggro when I am working on getting something in to position.

Pfft, sounds like a Tank threat issue to me, you can DPS and Position at the same time you know =P

Add these to the list then:
-Having only 5 fingers on my hand so I can't do 6 things at once
-And DPS pulling aggro when a mob hasn't reached my position yet
