Ive picked over 300+ eggs and I still haven't got a dress yet, wtf? is the drop rate lower like some items where in the love is in the air event? I know people are getting them but god damn does it take 500+ eggs till you get one or what.

I've managed to get it on a couple of characters and have seen others get it as well. You may just not be having the best luck at getting it as of yet. But you have all week to keep trying.
