Latency Related Issues- Multiple Battlegroups

Hi there

We have put some in game tickets in, but thought we would post here as well.


Aman'Thul appears to have run into a bit of a go slow - world is extremely laggy to rez or zone, and it has now spread to instance servers, being unable to attempt the Mimiron encounter effectively as people are dying while we're running on the spot :(


If possible, someone wants to give it a quick restart? :)

We have notified our Realm Technicians of this issue and are currently awaiting more information. Additional details regarding this issue will be provided in this thread as more information becomes available.

Thanks again for remaining patient as we look to address these latency concerns as quickly as possible.

Our Realm Technicians believe they have found the root cause of the latency and are addressing it as we speak. We hope to see latency diminish drastically in just a short while. Should any more information become available, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible.

Thanks for your input, Desy.

While it is possible that some players may be experiencing the issues mentioned in your post, I believe that most players posting in this thread are experiencing a different issue altogether. We are aware of an issue that has been generating large amounts of in-game latency and are working to address it as soon as possible.

I appreciate your help nonetheless!

Latency appears to be stabilizing as we speak.

Are you noticing reduced amounts of latency in-game?

The issue you are referring to appears to be of a more technical nature. I encourage you to continue speaking with our Technical Support Department as they possess more technical knowledge and troubleshooting techniques than we do on the Customer Service Forum.
