Account Hacked then Banned?

Hey, my account recently got hacked, i called in got it all sorted out, got my password back then as soon as i got on i put in a ticket.. was waiting on my character for 3 hours, no reply from any of the gamemasters on frostwolf.. So i logged off for 2-3 hours to do some RL things.. and when i get back i got BANNED.. yay... Here is the email i received..

How am i supposed to Check any of my characters when im banned? Also, here are some of my characters so you can check since im on my friends account..
Hothotbank Frostwofl
Hearthritis Nathrezim
Supermån Frostwofl
SMC Nathrezim
and a couple others that i cant think of right now..
So yeah please look into this because i still have arena to do. ;)
