"You have an open ticket. We are currently experiencing a high volume of petitions"
and it has not moved at all. Not even an email response from blue to advise they have received my ticket.
What's happening guys? I work in IT myself so I appreciate that post patch you're going to have increased volumes of tickets being logged for support, but the ingame ticket system is fairly vague and I haven't heard from anyone now in nearly a full day of waiting.
Is anyone else having similar issues?
