You just need to wait a day before starting the Valiant Quests for the 2nd city... since you'll have already done them for that day (except the sword one, probably - it's randomized, and different cities will likely have different Sword dailies... but you may as well wait till tomorrow to do it anyway, due to the way the Valiant stage works.)

So once you become a champion, you can continue to do the champion daily quests while working on the valiant/champion system for the other cities. Basically until you get finished with all of the cities you will have extra dailies to do.

How about implementing an option to have your squire show your guild icon? Could be a neat idea.
