Flying mount trouble

I have a ticket submitted in game for this issue but I am hoping that someone may be able to help me here

Last night at about 8:10-8:20 or so pacific time, stonemaul world server crashed and came back up.

my issue is that during that server crash I was flying my epic flying mount to sholazaar and had inadvertently gone into wintergrasp for about 3 seconds

the warning came up as usual that you are in a restricted flying zone and so i turned around and exited the area, the warning and debuff associated with the warning went away

I continued flying and was over borean tundra when I was sent back to character selection screen.

when the world server came back up my character was still flying over borean tundra. About 3-5 seconds after I logged in the restricted flying zone warning came up debuff was on my toon and then at the end of the duration it went away and didnt dismount me, like it should when your toon is not over a restricted flying area. However, the warning kept popping up, it might have done so about 5-6 times before i dismounted to grab a herb. When i tried to remount my flying mount it gave me the error "You can't use that here" and refused to allow me to use my flying mount. I tried hearthing to Dalaran and getting into a true restricted flight zone and exiting and seeing if that would cure the problem.

That did not cure the problem however, I have had no problems using my riding mount.
I then tried a reloadui, /console reloadui, this did nothing to fix the problem.

I logged out and came back in, no problem resolution
I renamed the WTF, WDB, and Interface folders Started up World of Warcraft, logged into the toon and still my flying mounts would not work(this was using them directly from the mounts summon interface in the character panel)

I replaced my previous WTF, WDB and Interface folders, went to Ulduar and killed the first boss, zoning into the instance did not even seem tofix my problem.

After that at about 11 pm server time I wen to dalaran and ported to outlands, shattrath and the same error "You can't use that here" still popped up even when I was in a known flight zone, have 300 flying and cold weather flying

Is there anything that can be done? this issue only affect this toon as far as I know, and from what I have done, the only option that is left seems to be server side. I will not be able to log into game till about 4-5 pm pacific time to check if the server rolling restarts have fixed the issue and I can simply submit the issue as a bug report to a GM rather then needing to have a GM come and fix my problem
