So... I've done JC dailies since level 68 (like a week now), and never had an issue with them. Today however the quest mark was silver (i.e. too high level) and I could not pick the daily up. Are there different level requirements for different dalies or is something messed up?

Excellent question, Subterfuge, and one I am awaiting an answer on. Not sure at the moment if this was intended or not. The cooking quest in Dalaran is also displaying the same thing.

Chipster is correct, this has been confirmed as unintentional.
